Jodi Moraru

Passion combined with inspiration is the driving force behind the success of Jodi Moraru’s clients’ events. Following 20 years in the event industry, including time spent working for a major floral design company, Jodi today brings a fresh approach to each and every event she produces.

“I have the left and right sides of my brain working simultaneously,” Jodi says. This enables her to not only come up with unique and creative concepts, but also to execute them with precision and flair.

There is nothing cookie cutter about the events that Jodi produces. Each event is approached as its own unique creation, which allows the team at EVOKE to always exceed clients’ expectations. Clients, time and time again, say that they love Jodi’s enthusiasm, responsiveness and calm manner.

Jodi is a member – and past president – of the International Special Events Society (ISES).

Aside from the passion that she puts into the events she produces, her other passions include her husband and two delicious children.

On the fun radar are weekly stints trapeezing, and she hopes to fly in the student trapeze show at TSNY DC soon. Jodi also loves to cook and travel, enjoys foreign films, and experiences all the new and fabulous restaurants in D.C.
