EVOKE’s Scope of Services includes:

• Complimentary Initial consultation
• Design and maintain budget
• Provide vendor referrals to create the best team fit based on client theme, style, flow and budget
• Solicit and negotiate vendor proposals/contracts on behalf of client
• Assist with securing all vendor and venue selections
• Customize the style, theme, and mood of the event
• Negotiate hotel room blocks
•  Transportation and valet
• Create and facilitate event timeline
• Assist contracted caterer with final floor plan/layout and seating design
• Provide list of payments due to vendors and timeline for payment
• Provide suggested vendor gratuity guidelines
• Provide etiquette advice as needed
• Execute day-of event from setup until the end of the event
• Provide peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of and your vision will be carried out just as planned!
